By accessing or using OILFUNDED, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and contributors.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations.
OILFUNDED connects oil & gas operators, service providers, and talent. We do not guarantee project outcomes, hiring success, or specific business results. Users are responsible for verifying counterparties and negotiating terms.
Certain features require payment. Fees are disclosed before purchase. All transactions are processed in AED or USD. Refunds are handled case by case — contact legal@oilfunded.com. Platform commissions apply to marketplace transactions as specified.
OILFUNDED FZ-LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim. UAE law governs these Terms.
